The address on the top of the letter is not ours nor is the phone number provided to call and speak to someone. Scammers have also been calling customers claiming to be with our Fraud Department and then offering to transfer them to "their bank" after getting information from the customer about who they bank with. Our Fraud Department will never transfer you to the bank, ask who your bank is, nor will they ever ask for any personal information. It is that time of year when fraud is at its highest.
