BE AWARE!! Scammers are currently using a "spoofing" technique where they are calling customers and the caller ID will look like it is coming from the bank's official phone number or a local number, and it may even display the bank's name.  While these calls may seem legitimate, the person on the other end is not associated with the bank.  These fraudsters pretend to be your bank to convince you to share personal or online banking information, provide OTPs or to get you to send them money.  Scammers rely on surprise and urgency to pressure you into doing what they are asking.  RSNB Bank will never ask for your online banking password or one-time passcodes by phone, text, or email - even if the caller ID looks real.  By slowing down, verifying communications, and knowing what your bank will never ask for, you can protect yourself from spoofing and impersonation scams.  Your financial security is our top priority and if something ever feels suspicious, please hang up the phone and call us direct.

Mobile Wallet

Swap out your wallet for a secure and easy way to pay. If you have a smartphone, you probably have a Mobile Wallet app. It's featured on many Android and Apple smartphones (or can be easily downloaded). Mobile Wallet is a safe, easy way to pay as you shop. Best of all, your RSNB Visa® Debit Card can easily link to Mobile Wallet apps that use Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay. Your debit card can also be used with Garmin Pay.

What is a Mobile Wallet?

Mobile Wallet allows you to store your debit card digitally on a smartphone or even a smartwatch. That device can then be used to access the wallet to make purchases rather than using the physical plastic card.

Setting up your Mobile Wallet

It's quick and easy to do. Your RSNB Debit card can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay through the RSNB Mobile Banking app. Click on My Cards and follow the instructions. If you do not have the RSNB Mobile Banking app, simply add your card to your Mobile Wallet app and follow the instructions. You'll be asked to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Some apps can even scan your RSNB debit card (using your phone's camera) so you don't have to type in all the information.
