Scammers are currently using a "spoofing" technique where they are calling customers and the caller ID will look like it is coming from the bank's official phone number or a local number, and it may even display the bank's name.  While these calls may seem legitimate, the person on the other end is not associated with the bank.  These fraudsters pretend to be your bank to convince you to share personal or online banking information, provide OTPs or to get you to send them money.  Scammers rely on surprise and urgency to pressure you into doing what they are asking.  RSNB Bank will never ask for your online banking password or one-time passcodes by phone, text, or email - even if the caller ID looks real.  By slowing down, verifying communications, and knowing what your bank will never ask for, you can protect yourself from spoofing and impersonation scams.  Your financial security is our top priority and if something ever feels suspicious, please hang up the phone and call us direct.

Mobile App Banking

Conveniently manage your money when you want, from wherever you want. RSNB Bank's Mobile App for iPhone® or Android™ makes it easy to bank on the go.  The RSNB Bank Mobile App is available to download for free in Google Play and the Apple App store by searching for “RSNB Bank” or by simply clicking on one of the download icons below.

With Mobile App Banking you can:

  • Check your account balances and transaction history
  • View images of your checks and deposits
  • Transfer money between your RSNB accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions
  • Pay your bills
  • Deposit checks with Mobile Deposit
  • Set controls and alerts on your Debit Cards, including the ability to shut your card on or off

To enroll in Mobile App Banking from your mobile device:
Download the RSNB Bank Mobile App from your phones app store and install it on your device.  Open the App and tap the “Enroll Now” link.  If you need immediate access, you can contact the bank during normal business hours at 307.352.0485, otherwise you will be contacted the next business day after your enrollment to enable your online access.

To enroll in Mobile App Banking from the online banking website:
The first time that you sign in to online banking by using a standard computer the system will automatically present you with a pop-up page offering you the opportunity to enroll in Mobile Banking.  You can click “Enroll Now” to begin the enrollment process immediately, “Decline” to turn down the offer, or “Ask Me Later” to defer the offer until a future date.  If you clicked “Decline” or “Ask Me Later” upon your initial log in on the website, you can still enroll in Mobile Banking from the website at any future time by clicking on “Profile” and selecting “Enroll Now” in the Mobile Banking profile section.  Follow all of the instructions for set-up, download the app from the store and you are all set!
